Ripples at Sydney Wharf opened in April 2009 and can accommodate up to 80 people in an open-air seat plan. The fully licensed and BYO restaurant is open for lunch Monday - Sunday and dinner Monday - Saturday. Our accommodating Chefs have designed a modern Australian menu with a Mediterranean influence.
